Pregnancy and birth are a wild ride. I'm in your corner, however feels best for you.
Postpartum is a time we often don’t consider enough. This is a time when we need to lean on community & I encourage always asking for help. No matter how you birth, this time is tender and having support can make everything feel less overwhelming.
Prenatally, I find it helpful to talk through a postpartum plan- similar to a birth plan. I’ll help you think through all of the logistics and determine how I can fill in the gaps that need filling. Your needs may change frequently after birth and I’ll be a steady hand through all the ups and downs.

The menstrual cycle is a fifth vital sign, a gauge of our overall health. It can indicate the health of so many body systems, most notably the endocrine, digestive, and nervous systems. Understanding our menstrual cycles is fundamental to our body literacy.
Let’s rewrite the stories we carry around our cycles. It’s a tool we can use to better understand fertility & total-body health.
I teach folks to track their cycles for non-hormonal birth control, body literacy, and conception.
This offering teaches the fundamentals, the questions we don’t ask because of the assumption that we already know it, topics include:
anatomy
the menstrual cycle
embodiment practices
tracking signs of fertility
fertility awareness method
body image support
Identifying hormonal imbalances
herbs for cycling bodies
supporting pre-conception health
tracking for folks TTC

Plants are our greatest allies. I use plants as a pathway to support folks in nourishing & reconnecting with themselves. Plants can be used in tandem with most other healing modalities. I am a clinically trained herbalist & can discuss a wide range of conditions, but I specialize in herbs that support generative & emotional health.

The medicine I work with primarily comes in tincture or tea form. Tinctures are typically alcohol-based (though I can offer alternatives, please ask!) medicines I make using plants that I aim to source as locally to me as possible. Teas are given as dry plants which can be infused in hot or cold water and sipped. I will honor your preferences, but I tend to offer both in tandem. I find that by ingesting plants in a few different forms, folks are able to build more of a relationship with the plant. Building relationships with these plants allows them to work with us more intuitively. When we are in the practice of regularly working with plants, we are more likely to get from them what we need when we need. Think of asking for a favor- it’s always better received by a friend you see regularly rather than a person you’re randomly contacting for support. We must hold to be held.
Herbal consults are offered on a sliding scale. I am always happy to negotiate pricing & am open to trades- I love art & tattoos & handmade goods!
I will send you medicine directly, or help you source it locally.
Initial Consults (1.5 hours): $50-100
Follow-ups (45 min-1 hour): $40
