CYCLE TRACKING

Understanding the menstrual cycle is so much more than achieving pregnancy. It is a fifth vital sign, a gauge of our overall health. It can indicate the health of so many body systems, most notably the endocrine, digestive, and nervous systems. Understanding our bodies as whole, generative systems can support us in making choices around our health, our care, and our contraceptive options.

Let’s rewrite the stories we carry around our cycles. It’s a tool we can use to better understand ourselves, our brains, & our total-body health.

I work with folks who are wanting to better understand their bodies through a cycle tracking practice. I teach the sympto-thermal method which integrates daily temperature checks as well as cultivating a daily practice of self-inquiry. This offering is person-centered and tailored to your goals. Do you want to understand your mental health? Are you curious about improving your sleep? Are you wanting more information to advocate for more inclusive testing by your medical care team? Do you want to feel better equipped in avoiding unwanted pregnancies? Do you feel burnt out on a system that was created around leveraging non-cycling bodies? Do you want to reclaim your power and intuition?
