Postpartum
Postpartum is a time we often don’t consider enough. This is a time when we need to lean on community & I encourage always asking for help. No matter how you birth, this time is tender and having support can make everything feel less overwhelming.
Prenatally, I find it helpful to talk through a postpartum plan- similar to a birth plan. I’ll help you think through all of the logistics and determine how I can fill in the gaps that need filling. Your needs may change frequently after birth and I’ll be a steady hand through all the ups and downs.

Overnight support allows you the chance to maximize your rest. I’ll stay with baby and manage feedings and make sure they’re taken care of so that you can get some much needed rest. For folks who are body feeding, I’ll bring baby to you when it’s time to eat and take them back when feeding is done to take care of all the changing/swaddling/getting back to sleep. If you’re bottle feeding, I can take over fully. I sleep if baby sleeps. I’ll keep you hydrated and fed throughout the night and will leave you in the morning with breakfast or a snack! Typically, these nights work best from 9-5 or 10-6, but I’m happy to tailor to your unique family rhythm.
