..........................................

This offering is a deep dive into cyclical health & tracking to support a fertility awareness practice. If you’ve ever been curious to know more about your body & signs of fertility, this course is for you. Whether you’re trying to conceive, avoid pregnancy, or don’t have sex with folks who can get you pregnant- this information is invaluable. Having a deeper understanding of our bodies and fertility can help us take charge of our fertility (hey, Toni Weschler), support overall wellness, identify hormonal imbalances & reconnect us to the physical space we occupy. I’ve used this practice first and foremost as a way to learn how to feel safe in my body. It keeps me rooted in the physical- often a hard place to be. It has allowed me to advocate for myself & my needs with partners as well as my health care.

Through this three week course, we will dive into:

Body literacy

The Fertility Awareness Method

Anatomy of the generative system

The menstrual cycle

Cycle charting 101

Checking your cervix & identifying cervical fluid patterns

Charting to conceive & avoid

After completing the course, you have the option to meet with me 1:1 for a full consult (or 2!) to support you through establishing your own charting practice.

This offering is being supervised by my fertility awareness educator mentor as a part of my program requirements. Sliding scale fees collected will go to paying my mentor.

Herbal Support & Harm Reduction for Disordered Eating

Herbal Support & Harm Reduction for Disordered Eating

Eating disorder recovery is a complicated and non-linear process. I believe that eating disorders are an addiction. Because our society is so heavily saturated in diet culture and we have to engage with food, exercise and our bodies constantly— this process can feel impossible. This class explores how plants can be supportive allies in mental and physical healing. This is a non-abstinence approach to managing recovery and flare ups as they happen using herbs, essences and emotional work. Treatment is not accessible for so many people, so how can we lean into herbs and other tools while healing? We’ll be talking about harm reduction, coping skills, physical and emotional healing as well as how to advocate for yourself and your needs in support of recovery! This class is relevant for folks supporting others in recovery as well as those in recovery themselves.
