As of September 2025, I will be in Midwifery School and not offering labor support. However, I am offering prenatal preparation packages to support you in creating your birth plan and navigating your options through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. This is essentially a birth package minus on-call labor support.

3 prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, share resources, & create a birth plan to share with your care team
Preparation for prenatal appointments, education on supporting your body through each trimester, herbal support, logistical planning, birth plan creation, postpartum planning, navigating the emotional journey of pregnancy, engaging your partner, education on ideal positioning during labor, learning coping mechanisms for labor, managing pregnancy discomfort, and support with ideal fetal positioning for labor
1 postpartum visit within the first two weeks home for support with baby feeding, birth processing, and ensuring you have a support plan during this time
